Finish Harry Potter scavenger hunt (Haneen & Kara)- finish clues, create worksheet, test out clues, Haneen is in charge of set up
Finish wand making details (Kara, Julia, Meep) – paint Ollivander signs, display options, decoration, traffic flow, Kara & Meep are in charge of set up
Quidditch (Cady, Meep, Julia) — test set up, decorations, prizes, Cady is in charge of set up
Snack table (everyone) — create HP-like names for snack items
Trivia – adult volunteers, teens will help with handing out raffle tickets; prizes – potion bottles;
Potions – Potions class led by staff; display (Cady & Kara), Bella & Lauren assists
Buttons — Madison, Meep, Lauren, Bella
Costume contest judges — Chris, Meep. Prizes: cup, tshirt, wizards chess, horcrux locket
