Flashforge Creator Pro

Looking for something fun to do on the weekends where you get to play with cool gadgets, create art, build things, and learn valuable skills? If so, the Linda Vista Branch Library is hosting a weekend club (once a month) where teens get to hang out, have fun, and learn a thing or two.

On Saturday, February 11, 2017, we get to play with a 3D printer and create something spectacular! With the help of Jomie Liu, from the YWCA Pasadena-Foothill Valley, teens will get to see a a Flashforge Creator Pro (FDM) in action. What’s great about this event is that teens don’t need any prior experience as you will get to learn how to print your very own mouse and kitty rings! Teens will have a chance to play with  3Doodler Pens so why not make a pair of glasses to coordinate with your rings?

The Teen Brunch Club is an inclusive event where teens of all abilities are welcome to learn and socialize with their peers. This is a great opportunity for those who already know how to 3D print as their expertise will allow them to help others who are learning to print for the first time. We all have different skills and abilities so let’s share them with others to make this experience unforgettable!

Along with all the fun, there will be food to fuel the creativity, which is always a bonus so be sure to bring your appetites! This event is free to the public and is open to teens ages 12-19 years old.
