OUR FIRST BOOK:
Little White Duck by Walt Whippo
Great visuals and words that can be read or sung! This is a classic children’s song made into book form, with lyrics by Walt Whippo and illustrations by Joan Paley. The main characters are the narrator (a little mouse playing the guitar and singing the song), a little white duck (who starts everything off), a little green frog, a little black bug and, for drama, a little red snake (who ends up eating the black bug and scaring everyone else away). Big hit with the infants!
