Jennifer D.
Jennifer D. is the Senior Librarian of Youth Services at Pasadena Public Library. When she was young, she was once grounded for reading too much. Things haven’t changed for her since then and she loves escaping into a good story. When she’s not reading she enjoys watching old musicals, scouring flea markets, taking way too many photos and letterpressing. If she could have any pet she wanted she would have a wombat or a manatee.
Marie
Marie is a Youth Services Specialist in Youth Services at Pasadena Central Library. When away from work she spends an inordinate amount of time trying to impress her one- and two-year old nieces by spinning in circles, making ridiculous faces and running through sprinklers. Of course, she always sneaks in a good book, mostly nonfiction. She has an eclectic array of interests and passions including art, bad 70’s and 80’s episodic TV, anything BBC and issues of community and global health (not necessarily in that order).
Jane
Jane is a Youth Services Librarian at Pasadena Central Library. She loves middle grade and young adult literature and her all-time favorite book is–unsurprisingly–Harry Potter. A majority of her free time is spent drinking coffee, reading novels, writing nonsense, and perfecting her Hunger Games survival skills… ‘cause, you know, just in case of the apocalypse.
AnnMarie
AnnMarie is a Youth Services librarian at the Central Library. She selects the children’s DVDs, children’s Spanish language books, and some children’s nonfiction. She loves laugh-out-loud picture books and cool science and technology books and activities. She also loves literature and creative writing, and facilitates a monthly writing workshop for kids.
