The image of the face directly matches the cover of The Book of Unknown Americans<\/em>. The drawing uniquely encompasses the essence of the melting pot concept.\u00a0 The face represents all ethnicities, but not differentiating with the color of skin, but textures.\u00a0 There are different textures of hair, eye shapes, eye color, facial markings such as moles, freckles, and whiskers.\u00a0 Some may initially think the lines are distracting, but one could view it as puzzle pieces composing a true American face.<\/p>\n
