This version is appropriate for kids ages 3-8.<\/p>\n

Supplies you\u2019ll need<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

glue sticks
\nplastic cups
\ncolor tissue paper (red for hens, yellow for chicks)
\ncolor paper (yellow for hens, orange for chicks)
\nwhite paper (for drawing eyes) or preprinted and pre-cut paper eyes<\/p>\n

Preparation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

You might want to pre-cut all the eyes, beaks, and feet for the younger children, and possibly divide the amount of tissue paper as well.<\/p>\n

Craft it!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rip pieces of tissue paper and glue them to the cup; neat or messy, it\u2019s up to the artist! \u00a0Next, glue eyes, beak and feet.<\/p>\n

Remember that arts and crafts improves dexterity, perseverance, and inspires creativity!<\/span><\/h4>\n
