These can be made in minutes and do not require a stove or refrigeration\/freezing between steps. We were able to make these in the library.<\/p>\n<h2>Oreo No-Bake No-Cook Truffles<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10 oreos<\/li>\n<li>1 oz cream cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Grind oreos in food processor<\/li>\n<li>Reserve about 1\/3 cup of crushed oreos for coating. Place the rest in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add cream cheese and mix well. The\u00a0mix\u00a0should come together to form a &#8220;dough&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Roll dough into balls (round truffles).<\/li>\n<li>Coat the truffles with the remianing crushed oreos.<\/li>\n<li>Eat immediately, or refrigerate for at least\u00a01\/2 hour if saving for later.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Coconut No-Bake No-Cook Chocolate Truffles<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon hot cocoa\u00a0powder<\/li>\n<li>4 Tablespoons butter, soften<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>sprinkles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix coconut, powedered sugar, and hot cocoa powder into a bowl and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Add vanilla extract and butter and mix well.
