Components of the conference include guest speakers, workshops, small-group experiences, a College Fair, and Resource Fair.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Goals of the program include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To educate students about the amazing diversity of leadership opportunities in our region and the skills they need to pursue those opportunities; and<\/li>\n<li>To provide them with connections to organizations with volunteer and community service activities that they might pursue to gain valuable experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Photos used with permission.<\/p>\n<div
