TAB helped create and select library brochures, reviewed books and movies for discussions around topics of mental health, and surveyed their peers on what kind of support they would like to see from our community.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what we&#8217;ve accomplished:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mental Health Resource list online:\u00a0\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cityofpasadena.libguides.com\/webteen\/health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/cityofpasadena.libguides.com\/webteen\/health<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mental Health fiction Reading list:\u00a0 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cityofpasadena.libguides.com\/teenbooks\/mentalhealth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/cityofpasadena.libguides.com\/teenbooks\/mentalhealth<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Teen <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pasadena-library.net\/teens\/2016\/mental-health-resource-center\/\">Mental Health Resource Center<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; located at Central Library, it&#8217;s a simple, but effective way for youth to access information anonymously<\/li>\n<li>Youth Mental Health Education Kits &#8211; The kits include videos, book, a fully-scripted presentation that you can reuse or adapt, printouts, guides, digital files, and an extensive resource list for youth or educators who would like to implement mental health education in their institution or community.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in annual Mental Health Day (in May)<\/li>\n<li>Continue to embed mental health discussions and themes in teen programs.
