This event is a followup to the 4th annual State of the Kids event, which took place last October.

When they’re not at home or school, where is The Third Place that children and youth in our community go to feel safe, connected, secure? The State of the Kids (now State of the Youth) brings together community organizations and local youth to share information, resources, and concerns.  This was a chance for teens to voice their opinions on what’s working, what’s not working, and what they feel is needed from their community. Topics include wellness, nutrition, transportation, knowledge, safety, and support.  This event was sponsored by the Partnership for Children Youth and Families.
