We all have bad days.\u00a0 This short little board book, Little Monkey Calms Down by Michael Dahl and illustrated by Oriol Vidal<\/a>, has some great techniques that can be used to turn a bad breakdown moment into a good day.\u00a0 It’s a small book on mindfulness that all parents and little ones can relate to.<\/p>\n
