Our first story,\u00a0Where Did All the Dinos Go?<\/a> by Jim Benton, invites readers to spot the dinos hiding in cars and in cowboy boots, to see if the dinosaurs really<\/em> vanished long ago!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our second book, Little Dinos Don’t Yell<\/a> by Michael Dahl, teaches a little dino how to keep her ROAR outside and to use her “inside voice” indoors.<\/p>\n Dinosaurs Long Long Ago<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n (to tune of \u201cThe Wheels on the Bus\u201d)<\/em><\/p>\n Pteranodons\u2019 wings went flap, flap, flap. (flap arms like wings)<\/em> Other verses:<\/p>\n Tyrannosaurus Rex went grr grr grr… (make T-Rex arms and say grr)<\/em> <\/p>\n (Credit: Jen in the Library<\/a>)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n To emphasize writing skills I have the toddlers practice drawing the letter of the day in the air.
