Who can pick a favorite color when there are so many! \u00a0Good thing we didn’t have to in today’s storytime – we read about all the colors.<\/p>\n

Books We Shared
\n\"Lemons<\/a> \"Duckies \"Bear<\/a><\/h2>\n

We started our infant storytime with a book about the color that things are not: \u00a0<\/span>Lemons are Not Red<\/span> by Laura Vaccaro Seeger<\/a>. \u00a0It was fun to figure out what color things should be, and with a page turn find out if we were correct. \u00a0Later with the infants, we took a trip with a little white duck to get home – and we ended up being surprised by a beautiful rainbow in Duckie’s Rainbow<\/span> by Frances Berry.<\/p>\n

Because it’s a favorite of mine, we also read Lemons are Not Red<\/a> <\/span>in Toddler storytime as well. \u00a0And we, along with Bear and his friends, got to see the beauty of nature all around in\u00a0Bear Sees Colors<\/span> by Karma Wilson and Jane Chapman<\/a>.<\/p>\n
