Today we celebrated fabulous feet at our infant and toddler storytimes!<\/p>\n

Books We Shared<\/span><\/h2>\n

We began in infant storytime with C.W. Bowie’s Busy Toes<\/span><\/a> for a look at all the wonderful, and sometimes unusual, things toes can do.\u00a0 Next we played a guessing game with Whose Feet?<\/span><\/a> by Jeannette Rowe.\u00a0 At toddler storytime, we celebrated all different types of footwear with Elizabeth Winthrop’s Shoes<\/span> <\/a>— and you might be surprised to find just what the author thinks the best footwear is!\u00a0 At 10am, we read the nonfiction title Who Has These Feet?<\/span><\/a> and did some guessing and some learning about why animal feet are they way they are.\u00a0 At 11am we put our feet to good use like the animals in Lindsey Craig’s\u00a0 Dancing Feet!<\/span><\/a> with some stomping and other movements.<\/p>\n
