Our theme for the SIXTH\u00a0storytime of the spring session was\u00a0Dinosaurs<\/span>!\u00a0\u00a0We<\/span>\u00a0read all about the different dinosaurs that existed millions of years ago and we read about a dinosaur who spent all of his time winning UNTIL he is confronted with BEDTIME!\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

What follows are the\u00a0books,\u00a0action rhymes, flannel boards, stories, songs and video we shared.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dinosaur vs. Bedtime<\/strong><\/a> by Bob Shea is all about a Dinosaur who winS a lot!\u00a0 He seems to roar his way through just about anyone or anything he encounters UNTIL he meets up with BEDTIME!\u00a0 A really funny book about a baby dinosaur who roars through life.<\/p>\n

Byron Barton’s colorful book, Dinosaurs, Dinosaurs<\/strong> <\/a>is great for toddlers.\u00a0 Not only does it tell you about the different dinosaurs that existed millions of years ago, it offers opportunities to talk about colors and shapes.\u00a0 Definitely a great introduction into these prehistoric creatures.<\/p>\n

We had to find our baby dinosaur so we looked\u00a0behind each door.\u00a0 <\/em>We finally found her behind the “BLUE” door but not before we met up with a lot of other creatures!<\/em><\/p>\n
